Kaira's end-of-year dance performance. The dance school she goes to this year doesn't call it a recital... it's an Informance (informal performance). Instead of spending half the year memorizing a dance for the recital, they just continue learning ballet positions and moves and just show off what they've learned.

We went to the grand re-opening of the newly renovated city park. We didn't stay for too long because that Louisiana summer heat is getting sweltering already, but we did have fun checking out all the new stuff they have and playing on the new playground. One of the new attractions on the playground is this little thing you can sit on and it spins... and it gets to picking up speed pretty quickly. The girls got themselves spinning so fast they nearly flew off, and had a blast doing it, of course. And the second set of pictures is of them with the balloons they got.
